Next Day Delivery

Although we offer shipping within the next business day (Ireland... Delivery outside Ireland can take longer), all orders that are in before 3:00 p.m. mostly ship the NEXT DAY as the orders are received except weekends, holidays or restocking items. Orders that are in at after hours are definitely out the next business day.

Saturday Shipping

All orders received before noon on Saturday will ship the same day except holidays. Otherwise, they will ship the next business day.

Warranty & Returns

All our products have a 30 day money-back guarantee except Diamond Jewelry items. 

To make a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact us for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA). Please clearly mark the RMA number on the return package, otherwise return package without the RMA number clearly written on it will be refused.
2. Send us the product within 30 days of receiving your purchase to our warehouse located at the following address:

Notes:

In order to keep our prices competitive, and offer free shipping, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping fees are non-refundable on returns.

Returned orders that received Free Shipping will have the originally waived shipping charges deducted from the return credit.

Exchanges will incur additional shipping and handling charges.

Return credit processing may take up to a maximum of 2-4 weeks.

Items that are not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.

This warranty and return policy is NOT applicable to wholesale orders.

All clearance sales are final. Clearance sales items are non-returnable
